Vicki Lynskey

Vicki has always been actively involved with children and music.  When she was younger she sang in a choir and played violin in her local orchestra. She also brought music to the children in her local playgroup where she helped out singing nursery rhymes with the children.

Vicki went on to train and work for many years as a criminal Lawyer, but after the birth of her two children decided she was ready for a change and wanted to get back to working with children. Vicki worked in a local primary and pre-school where she was also able to rekindle her love of music and dance.

Vicki has always been passionate about working with children, and realised that she could encompass all her passions, children, music and dance, by joining MAD Academy.  She is a strong believer that children should have fun whilst learning, a principle she brings to her all MAD Academy classes!

Vicki's Team of Class Instructors

Kelly Doran - After building a career in the hustle and bustle of sales, Kelly Doran was looking for a change of direction. Once her three children were of school age, she felt the time was right to do something for herself. Performing arts has always had a big influence on Kelly. In her earlier days she took part in numerous pantomimes, musicals and productions of Shakespeare. She also studied modern dance and ballet.

Kelly loves being with children and is an active member of her local school PTA, often working closely with the pupils. She believes passionately that children should have fun while learning at the same time, a principle she brings to her MAD classes!

Sarah Copperthwaite - Sarah has always had a passion for working with children. She loves helping them to learn and make new discoveries while having lots of fun, something that she has always encouraged whilst helping out at her local preschool and primary school.

She has always enjoyed music and dancing, becoming a member of the school choir and learning to disco dance as a child. But becoming a Mum of two energetic, musical girls gave her the confidence to go for it and turn her passion into her career as well! Being a MAD class leader is a complete change to her previous role as an Electrical Engineer, but Sarah has found that jumping around with pre-schoolers is far more fun!
